Testimony Before Congress

David Gattie testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment and Climate Change: Hearing on “Building a 100 Percent Clean Economy: Solutions for Economy-Wide Deep Decarbonization”, December 5, 2019. He provided testimony on the national security threats around global climate change and the national security implications of America’s nuclear power enterprise.
